How to choose a subscription? We offer four subscription models and each one offers great savings! With our two annual subscriptions, you can order 1 FREE Basic test per month of your choosing (EMERALD) or 1 FREE Advanced test per month of your choosing (AMBER). If you want to order an unlimited number of tests, you should choose the DIAMOND or SAPPHIRE membership.

Payments and Renewals Subscription payment is done one-time at purchase and cannot be refunded. You can cancel your subscription at any time. All the subscriptions are offered for 1 year. When it is time to renew, you will get emails asking if you wish to renew your subscription at a discounted price.

Support for multiple files Upon purchasing a subscription, you are allowed to upload up to 10 files and you can buy tests for all the files that you uploaded.
